I'm a full stack developer with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies.
Currently, developing UI @ Aptive Education
My interest in development began when I built my first blog on Wordpress. I loved the creative process and making the blog my own, but always found my imagination restricted by my limited understanding of tech.
Fast forward to today and I can not only build a simple blog or landing page, but also full-stack apps, and have even had the opportunity to work professionally on projects with an international team.
A webapp to help users learn ASL Fingerspelling alphabet. As a perpetual student, polyglot in progress, and someone who has lived abroad, I’ve come to love learning languages (which also extends to programming languages), and that’s why I created this project.
Vue Composition API Bootstrap5
A multipage portfolio built with Hugo and Bootstrap5. I built this because I needed to update my work and wanted to create a multipage site, and I used Hugo because it simplified blogging and updating content. (I learned that singlepagers provide less friction for visitors. Each click to a different page becomes a potential deterrent. V2’s design included hover effects, which didn’t perform well on mobile.)
HTML CSS Hugo Bootstrap5
A clone of EDC Week’s webpage built with Vue3, Vue Router4, and Tailwind CSS. I built this side project because my new position’s tech stack uses Vue instead of what I learned in my bootcamp (React). I wanted to build my own project to get the ins and outs and fundamentals down and I like Insomniac events, so I decided to make a clone of its 2022 EDC Week page.

Every developer (or working professional for that matter) needs a portfolio to showcase their work. This is my one-pager portfolio built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a bit of Tailwind CSS to highlight my skills as a developer. The portfolio’s look and feel was inspired by another designer that I used as reference material. Check it out and see how my coding has evolved.
HTML CSS JavaScript Tailwind CSS
A full stack JavaScript application for professionals who want to share brief written descriptions of their current projects (Nowwws). This project was inspired by Derek Siver’s concept of a ‘Now Page’ and combines the user profile features from OurNows.com with the card gallery aesthetic of ADPList.org. The app allows users to view a gallery of other users and perform CRUD operations through editing profile details along with adding and deleting Nowww entries.
PostgreSQL Express React Node Bootstrap
A dynamic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web application for professionals who want to relocate to urban areas. This project was inspired by my 2 years living abroad, itch for travel, and plan for relocating as I break into tech. The web app includes features that allow users to search for quality of life scores for urban areas and store or remove cities from a favorited or skipped list.
